At MomsCalmSpace, we strive to ensure that our products and services meet the needs and expectations of our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Digital Products (eBooks, Printables, Courses, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded. We recommend reviewing the product description, sample content, and any available previews before making a purchase.
Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
We understand that unique situations may arise, and we are committed to customer satisfaction. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product.
- If you mistakenly purchase multiple copies of the same product.
To request a refund, please contact us at momscalmspace@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant information. We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 7 business days.
Refunds for Physical Products (If Applicable)
For physical products (e.g., books, planners, etc.), we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is returned to us in its original condition, unopened and unused, within 30 days of purchase.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us at momscalmspace@gmail.com before returning any physical products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund, and you will be notified via email.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloaded software products
- Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of approval, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
